As a apparel manufacturer, we would like to talk to you about the quality of clothing today, as we all know, the quality of a piece of clothing depends on the fabric accessories, workmanship and craft size.

First of all, our fabrics are generally divided into knitted and woven. I will give some examples today. T-shirts are more casual and easy to make, so the workmanship is much cheaper than fashion.

 

1. Fabric Composition
The composition of knitted fabrics can be divided into many kinds, let's compare CVC/TC below: 
CVC is a fabric mixed with cotton and polyester, and the composition of polyester and cotton is the same, we call it CVC fabric.
TC is also a mixed fabric of cotton and polyester, but the composition of polyester is more than that of cotton. We call it TC fabric. CVC fabric is more comfortable, breathable, sweat-absorbing, and durable than TC fabric.

2. Fabric Thickness
Knitted fabrics are priced by meter weight. What is meter weight? It is the weight of one square meter of fabric. If we want to know the gram weight of the fabric, we will use a small fabric engraving machine to test it. The heavier the gram weight of the fabric, the thicker it is.

3. Workmanship
Good chiffon fabric clothing, without extra fragments of threads, will be trimmed clean, the stitches are moderately tight, and the sewing threads are relatively neat and even. Poor workmanship, many thread ends, loose stitches, not straight sewing thread, etc.


4. Measurement
Since the size of the clothing is measured by hand, there will be a little error when checking and accepting the goods, about plus or minus 1cm, if there is too much difference, it will not be qualified

5. Apparel Accessories
Buttons, zippers, lining, lace, etc. can determine the quality level of clothing. Of course, these are linked to the cost. Some customers need low-cost ones, and suppliers will choose low-cost surface accessories for customers. Some customers If you need high-end quality, you will feel good about the players, and you can produce stylish fabrics for customers.
