A.The original international shipping fee is non-refundable.
B.No restocking fee will be charged to customers for the returns.

 

2. How to Initiate Refund?

A: Orders that have not been shipped

a). Click on the “Chat whit us” at the bottom of the homepage.

b). Describe your questions, upload photos which can clarify the issue, and submit the request.
c).Leave your contact information: Email/WhatsApp.
d). Customer service will reply you within 1 business days for the update of refund.

 

B: Orders that need to be returned

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

3. When can I receivemy refund?

After submitting refund enquiries, Customer service team will confirm with you the refund details. Once the refund amount, beneficiary account is verified, refunds will be initiated.

Usually the refunds will take 7-10 business days to your original payment account since initiation.

Note: The refund time depends on your card issuing bank. If you don't see your refund beyond the period (10-15 working days), please contact our customer service for help.
