How long Will The Package Takes to US?
Please refer the shipping time:
- 12-18 working days by USPS.
- 10-13 working days by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
- 21-29 working days by Sea.
If ship packages during busy season, the shipping time may be longer.
Can We Custom My Logo, Size or Pattern? And how?
Logo:
- 5 kinds of logo crafts for customers to choose from （silicone logo craft，heat transfer logo craft， embroidered logo craft, Jacquard logo craft and printting logo craft）
- Please send us the PDF file of your logo, we would making the logo renderings and send customer to confirm.
Size:
- Please send us the size chart if you need to customized size or use our size chart.
Fabric:
- We could recommend some fabric to cusotmer for reference depends on cusotmer's requirements or use our fabric.
Is There A MOQ For Customization? What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?
Accept custom logo and packing
- MOQ is 100pcs for silicone and heat transfer logo （for our underwear design）
- MOQ is 600pcs for silicone and heat transfer logo (for customized your underwear design)
- MOQ is 1000pcs for embroidered, Jacquard or printting logo (for both of our and your design)
Remark: The MOQ of packing is 1000pcs if you would like to customized it. Generally speaking, we will use our regular packaging if the customer has no special requirements.
